Our projects comprise of dyeing, washing and processing jobs for various types of garments including denims and cotton. We are capable of handling a range of assignments like Reactive dyeing, Enzyme wash, Tint wash with sand blast, Acid wash, bacteria free and azo free wash , Bata wash to name a few. A series of steps are adopted wherein different chemicals and processes are used to match the required finishes. A brief description of the mentioned finishes is presented below for throwing more light into the processing and advantages of various finishes.

Enzyme Wash:
The garment is first cured and then enzymatically washed. Then it is treated using finishing chemicals to get the right finish.
  Advantages:

Weight loss in fabric does not occur.
Dullness in fabric does not occur.
Garment stiffness is good.
Smoothness in the garment is maintained
.

Tint Wash with Sand Blast:

In this finish, the garment is chemically cured and polished for smoothness. Finally finishing chemicals are used for bringing appropriate look.
  Advantages:

It has all the advantages of Enzymes and additionally achieves an azo free and bacteria free finish for the garment.

Acid Wash or Blast Wash:

The Acid wash finish involves treating the garments with specialized acids and then chemically curing the garment for giving it a rough and slightly faded finish.
  Advantages:

The durability of the garment becomes quite high.
A good level of garment stiffness is achieved.
No loss in the overall weight of the fabric is effected.

Shirt (Bacteria free), azo-free.

Bata Wash:

Bata wash is another special kind of finish generally applicable in case of jeans and denims which gives the garment a whitish tone. The garment is first enzymatically washed and then chemically cured to bring a whitish hue in the garment.
Bata wash achieves the same benefits as enzyme wash and is used extensively for bringing the desired finish to many kinds of jeans, cottons ad denims.
